These ruins at Ollantaytambo are very impressive and when you see ruins with very tight walls of stone, it is a sign that you are in a sacred place. The ruins are always placed on the top of mountains so you have to admire the builders of these places. This was the last stop of a full day tour from Cusco to Pizaq and Urubamba. The watercourse was also a legacy from the Incas, which runs beside the road in Ollantaytambo in the town itself.

Hey there, so nice to be in the studio making and firing after quite the
break in being able to. The kiln has been out of action for 5 years!
